Schedule Instagram posts for your next launch

A launch needs more than one photo. Keep your images, videos and captions together, then schedule the Instagram posts that tell the story for an eligible professional account.

This connection is available. Your account still needs the required publishing permissions.

Keep your launch and follow-ups together

Explain a different part of the launch

Introduce the product, show how it works and answer a common question. Give each post its own caption and place in the campaign.

Use the photos you already have

Choose product images and videos from your media library. Reuse them in later posts without uploading the same files again.

Make Instagram its own version

Write a visual caption for Instagram and a different introduction for other channels. Keep the product details and offer consistent.

Tell the story beyond launch day

A product launch with more to say

A ceramics shop can introduce a new collection, share a studio video and show the pieces in use. Keep those posts together and choose dates that fit the launch.

An event worth remembering

Pair the announcement with a closer look at the venue and a final reminder. Review each post so the place, time and next step stay clear.
