Rednote in Influence: internal beta

We are testing Rednote, also known as Xiaohongshu, internally. Account checks and local draft review are being tested; Rednote is not an available connection for customers.

What the internal beta supports

Check the signed-in account

The internal beta can check sign-in and show account details and current counters when Rednote supplies them.

Prepare a local draft

Review image or video files, a title and a caption locally, then download the draft. This does not send a post to Rednote.

Know what is unavailable

Rednote publishing, scheduling, campaign targets and Influence IQ advertising are not available in Influence.

Prepare a draft without sending it

Confirm the account

Internal testing uses Rednote’s QR sign-in to check the account. A successful sign-in alone does not mean publishing is ready.

Review without posting

Prepare images or a video and review the draft locally. No post is sent, and no scheduled Rednote job is created.

Campaigns and Influence IQ

Rednote publishing, scheduling, campaign targets and Influence IQ advertising are not available in Influence.

Rednote cannot be used as a campaign target or for publishing or advertising through Influence IQ. You can explore Influence IQ for other supported connected channels.

Start with an AI assistant

With a supported Influence connection, you can plan campaigns and revise drafts in ChatGPT or Claude. Assistant publishing supports text or one JPEG/PNG you own from your media library. Review text before approving it; review images in Influence. Use the web editor for videos and galleries. Check Settings for setup and connection status.

One campaign, different channels

Keep related posts together and give each connected channel its own text and media. The available accounts, formats and permissions determine where you can publish.

WhatsApp business messaging is being qualified. Check availability in your workspace. Meta delivery charges are separate.

Rednote publishing is still in testing

This internal beta does not offer Rednote publishing or scheduling. Account eligibility and reliable confirmation of sent posts still need verification.

Frequently asked questions

Can I publish or schedule Rednote posts with Influence?: No. The Rednote beta is internal only. Publishing, scheduling, editing and deleting Rednote posts are unavailable.
What Rednote analytics are available?: Internal tests can read current follower and following counts and a single combined likes-and-saves total when supplied. These are a snapshot, not growth analytics or a complete post history.
Does a Rednote account give me API access?: No. Account sign-in and API access are separate. We still need to verify a supported publishing path, account eligibility and reliable confirmation that each post was sent before making this connection available.
