Plan your Facebook Page posts in advance

An offer, event or business update deserves more than a last-minute post. Prepare your Facebook Page announcements together and choose when each one goes out.

This connection is available. Your account still needs the required publishing permissions.

Give customers the details they need

Make the offer clear

Put the product, price or terms and closing date in the text. Customers should know what is available and how to act.

Keep events easy to find

Keep the location, time and booking link with your event announcement. Give later reminders enough context to make sense on their own.

Reuse your business photos

Choose images or a video from your media library. Keep the selected media beside the Page post you are reviewing.

Keep the conversation going after the announcement

A weekend event, planned together

A local shop can announce a workshop, introduce the host and share a booking reminder. Prepare the three posts in one campaign while the event details are fresh.

One offer with different introductions

Give Facebook the fuller explanation and use a shorter version elsewhere. Your connected channels can share the same offer without repeating the same caption.

Frequently asked questions

Can Influence publish to a Facebook Page?
Yes, when the Page is connected and you have permission to manage it. Review the selected Page before approving a post.
Can I publish to a personal profile or Facebook Group?
No. This connection publishes to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles or Groups.
What can I attach to a Page post?
The current format supports text, up to six images or one video. Images and video cannot be combined in the same Facebook version.
Can I plan reminders for a Facebook event?
Yes. Prepare event announcements and reminders as separate campaign posts. This schedules Page posts; it does not create or manage a Facebook Event.
What if an offer changes before the post goes out?
Reschedule or cancel the campaign in Upcoming while it can still be changed safely. Edit changed terms and review the new post before approval.
How do I know whether the Page post was published?
Check Activity for the recorded outcome. If the result is uncertain, review it before making another publishing attempt.
