The source inventory states that the data are licensed under Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 International: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
That license requires appropriate credit, a license link and an indication of
changes, without implying endorsement. The source publisher retains its stated
accuracy qualifications; copyright, trademarks and other third-party rights are
not erased by the dataset license.

Analysis and adaptation: Influence IQ / Influence, October 2026. The source files
were filtered to a fixed listing cohort; exact amenity labels were classified;
and aggregate counts, ratios, contrasts and fixed sensitivities were calculated.
Inside Airbnb and Airbnb have not endorsed this analysis.

This package publishes aggregate analysis, methods, reproducible code and source
references. It respects Inside Airbnb's request not to republish the source data:
no original source files or row-level listing/review data are distributed here.
Obtain the necessary files from their source once and reuse local copies; do not
scrape the provider's website or automate repeated downloads. Source availability
can change; a different snapshot is not a substitute for the pinned bytes.

The analysis code is supplied so readers can inspect and reproduce the study.
No source photographs, descriptions, review text, listing/host identifiers,
coordinates or credentials are included. Scrape IDs shown in aggregate metadata
identify public source batches, not people or listings.
