A content studio plans an AI writing-tool demonstration

Fictional worked example. This is a proposed trial, not a customer case study or a report of measured results.

THE STUDIO'S PROPOSED CHANGE
A two-person content studio already uses a general chat assistant for initial copy, an AI summary tool for approved interview notes and AI caption features in its video editor. It is considering a new writing assistant for initial copy. The summary and editing tools remain in this proposal.

THE TASK
Draft three social posts for a client's product launch from an approved factual brief and a small set of brand-language examples. The brief names the offer, audience and facts the posts may use. The current drafting tool and the candidate receive the same approved inputs.

PREPARE THE INPUTS
The team prepares and checks the summary tool's output before the comparison begins. A change in source material should not be mistaken for a change in the writing tool.

FOLLOW THE DRAFT
One teammate reviews the drafts against the approved facts and language examples. The other follows a chosen draft through the usual preparation steps. If wording will become a video caption, the team checks how it reaches the video editor and whether the person preparing the video has what they need. Product-specific imports, exports and connections are questions to try, not assumed capabilities.

THE SHORT TRIAL NOTE
“We are evaluating this candidate for initial post drafts. The approved summary is its input. Reviewed copy must reach the person preparing each post or video. Our existing summary and editing tools remain in this proposed arrangement. Before deciding, we need to see whether the candidate can complete this task with our approved material.”

WHAT TO RECORD AFTER THE TRIAL
The teammates record corrections, manual transfers and unresolved questions they actually encounter. No outcomes are supplied in this example. If the desired task changes, the team updates its proposal instead of treating the original demonstration as evidence for a wider job. Keeping the current tool is also a possible decision.
